Qualifications
- Passion for conservative politics and advancing mission-driven work
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, advertising, nonprofit work, or politics
- Proven ability to build high-trust relationships
- Strong analytical instincts with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of personal accountability and ownership
- Bachelor’s degree required

This position offers a base salary of $70,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience, plus commission opportunities.
