- Coordinate with laboratories and functional-area leads on field sampling plans, chain of custody, data quality, analytical results, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with identifying recurring compliance issues, evaluating potential environmental risks, and recommending practical improvements to procedures and environmental controls.
- Support environmental audits, regulatory inspections, investigations, emergency drills, project reviews, meetings, and field activities, providing accurate ATF records and site knowledge.
- Coordinate closely with the Hazardous Waste Specialists at Lewis Field and the applicable waste, POL, stormwater, wastewater, and spill response functional leads to ensure consistent practices across both GRC locations.
- Track assigned environmental compliance issues and corrective actions through closure, escalating potential compliance concerns and matters requiring specialist review, Government approval, or regulatory coordination to the appropriate personnel.
- Support emergency spill response activities at Lewis Field and ATF on an on-call/as needed basis and as coordinated by the Site Lead.
