Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time position.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide patient and family education and support.
- Participate in Crisis Care services, including overnight/night-shift coverage as needed to meet patient care needs.
Qualifications:
- Current Idaho LPN license in good standing.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Willingness and flexibility to provide Crisis Care coverage, including nights when required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
