Develop and maintain models for demand forecasting, cost estimation, and capacity planning using statistical and predictive analytics tools. Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, service levels, cost efficiency) and recommend process improvements. Maintain and analyze logistics databases and extract large datasets to support strategic decision-making and RFP responses. Confer with internal teams and service providers to optimize supply chain operations, pricing structures, and overall logistics efficiency.
