Key Responsibilities
• Resident Care - Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Daily Support - Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and encourage independence when appropriate.
• Safety Assistance - Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection‑control procedures; assist with transfers and fall‑prevention practices.
• Documentation - Accurately chart care provided and resident observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high‑quality resident care.
