Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate & Class A CDL Driver to assist with warehouse operations and make deliveries or transport products as needed. This position includes counting, stocking, and organizing trailer parts, as well as operating a commercial vehicle.
The ideal candidate has a valid Class A CDL. We may also consider a qualified candidate who is willing and eligible to obtain a Class A CDL. A Class B CDL does not meet the requirements for this position. The employee must have a valid Class A CDL before performing any commercial driving duties.
Responsibilities
- Count, stock, and organize trailer parts
- Receive and inspect incoming products
- Pick, load, secure, transport, and deliver products
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all DOT, traffic, and company safety requirements
- Assist customers and team members with loading and unloading
- Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Perform other warehouse and driving duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL or willingness and ability to obtain one
- Class B CDL alone does not meet the requirements for this position
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to meet applicable DOT and medical requirements
- Forklift experience and a valid forklift operator certification are preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if needed
- Previous warehouse, delivery, or inventory experience is preferred
- Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious
- Able to lift up to [50] pounds and assist with loading and unloading
- Comfortable working both in the warehouse and on the road
Schedule: Part-time or full-time opportunities are available. Driving frequency will vary based on business needs.
