Original job description

Build Your Career. Control Your Income.

Are you self-motivated, driven by results, and looking for a career where your income reflects your effort? We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that invests in your success from day one.

No roofing sales experience? No problem. We provide 90 days of paid training to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing your business from the initial customer interaction through project completion. This is more than just a sales role - you'll serve as your own project manager, ensuring your customers receive exceptional service throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities include:

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions.
Educate customers on the insurance restoration and roofing process.
Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
Manage customer relationships from contract signing through project completion.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their projects.
Meet and exceed personal sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who:

Are highly self-motivated and disciplined.
Enjoy working independently and taking ownership of their success.
Are consistent, dependable, and willing to put in the effort required to build a strong pipeline.
Thrive in an active, field-based environment rather than sitting behind a desk.
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Want control over their income and are excited by unlimited earning potential.
Can manage multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service.

Sales experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, coachability, and a positive attitude are even more important.

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 employee - join our team with the support and resources you need to succeed.
90 days of paid training with hands-on coaching and mentorship.
Transition to a 25% uncapped commission structure after completing training.
First-year earning potential of $100,000–$150,000 for motivated individuals who consistently apply themselves.
Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions.
Career advancement opportunities within a fast-growing company.
A culture that rewards hard work, consistency, and personal growth.

No experience? No problem. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability. If you're motivated, enjoy meeting new people, and want a career where you control your income, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Why Join Us?

We're looking for people who want more than just a job. We want individuals who are hungry to grow, enjoy helping homeowners, and are excited to build a career where their effort directly impacts their financial success.

If you're ready to work hard, stay consistent, and take control of your future, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and start building a career with unlimited potential.
