Machine Operators - Multiple Positions Heating & Cooling Products Shift Openings and Details: First Shift - Mon-Thurs 5AM to 3:30PM 3rd Shift - Mon-Thurs 6:30 PM to 5:00AM Weekend Shift - Fri-Sun 5AM to 5:30PM Note: All roles require training on 1st shift for approximately 4-6 weeks. All roles start at 19.92/hr with 3^rd^ shift receiving a $1.00 shift differential and weekend shift being paid for 40 hours over their 36 hour work week. Position Summary: This position assists and supports our manufacturing production by operating machines to cut/assemble steel parts to create a finished HVAC product. ? Essential Job Functions: · Operate machinery to fulfill orders · Assemble sheet metal products used for installation of HVAC systems · May need to set up or make small adjustments to machine · Follow all company policies and procedures · Follow safety guidelines · Regular attendance is essential · Other duties as needed Skills and Abilities: · Must be able to lift 40 lbs. or greater occasionally and lift no less than 25 lbs. frequently · Must be able to reach overhead occasionally · Must be able to grasp and grip · Frequent repetitive motion · Must be able to forward bend at the knees · Must wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) · Ability to pass pre-employment physical · Must be able to read a tape measure and know basic math · Strong attention to detail · Safety and quality conscious Education and Experience: ·[]{st=""}
