Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Identify and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and participate in ongoing assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork, empathy, and open communication
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience working in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, and weekends as needed

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
