HealthierHere is a nonprofit collaborative dedicated to improving health and advancing equity in King County, WA.
At the heart of our work is an understanding that many factors affect our health, and a belief that everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy life.
We bring health care, behavioral health, social service, and community-based organizations together to identify opportunities, co‐design solutions, and implement ways of delivering care that better meet our communities' needs.
