The bar is a centerpiece of the space - fast-paced, theatrical, and built for unforgettable nights out. As a Barback, you’re the one who keeps everything in motion. Restock garnishes, tools, and prep items before and during service
Clear and clean glassware, bar equipment, and workstations throughout the shift
Support the bartenders by anticipating needs and staying steps ahead
Assist with bar setup and breakdown, ensuring everything is organized and guest-ready
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked backbar and storage area
Move with urgency, awareness, and purpose in a high-volume, high-energy rooftop setting
Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

Previous barback or bar support experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment preferred
