Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Location: Grayville, Illinois Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift
Job Summary We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Grayville. This role is ideal for RNs seeking consistent scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities (RN Duties)
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
- Respond to changes in condition and provide clinical leadership during shifts
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and patient-focused
