Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co., a leader in precision metal stamping and fabrication, is seeking experienced Tool & Die Makers for our first and second shifts. Build and maintain a wide range of progressive, compound, and secondary dies that support our manufacturing operations. What You'll Do
- Build and troubleshoot new tooling to meet design requirements.
- Modify existing tooling to meet customer requirements.
- Support tooling needs across multiple company departments.
- Communicate job status and progress to department managers.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair progressive, compound, and secondary dies.
- Use surface grinders, drill presses, Bridgeport mills, and secondary toolroom equipment safely and efficiently.
What You Bring
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency with surface grinders, drill presses, Bridgeport mills, and secondary toolroom equipment.
- Knowledge of safe, efficient operation of toolroom equipment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions in accordance with ISO requirements.
Education and Experience
- Five years of toolmaking experience required.
- Experience building and maintaining progressive, compound, and secondary dies.
