Teaching positions are guaranteed 40 hours per week and is a 4 day/10 hour per day position with the Monday off every week. Schedule is as follows: Monday-OFF Tuesday-7:15 am to 6:15 pm Wednesday-6:30 am to 5:30 am Thursday- 6:30 am to 5:30 pm Friday-7:15 am to 6:15 pm 1 hour lunch break everyday Duties include: - Maintain a safe play and learning environment - Utilize and enhance daily lesson plans by providing a variety of materials for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play - Organize and lead activities to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts, crafts, music and storytelling - Communicate with children, staff and parents in a clear, loving, and kind manner - Maintain classroom cleanliness at all times - Maintain necessary paperwork as required by State Licensing - Be flexible and a positive team member
