Requirements: The Tech Builder must have at a minimum of the following attributes: • Must have experience with using hand tools and assembling electrical and pneumatic components. • Must be able to work as a team member with fellow employees. This includes asking for help when needed and being able to observe issues with material or assembly processes and relay them to the supervisor. • Experience troubleshooting electrical issues and the ability to use a multimeter. • Must have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards your work. • Must have a self-motivated and hard-working personality. • To be physically able to pick up a maximum weight of 30 lbs. from floor level and carry it at a minimum of 30 feet. • An inherent pride in performing a job to the best of their abilities and a willingness to perform as part of a team. Responsibilities: The Tech Builder will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks when required: • Read bills of material and pick the correct parts. • Use hand tools to assemble inflators. • Read basic wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings in reference to inflators being built • Troubleshoot issues with inflators as they're being built. • Resolve issues found in QC on inflators. • Package and ship inflators as needed. • Work efficiently to produce consistent, quality products. • Be willing to learn new things. • Convey issues to superiors as they arise.
