Description The Systems Engineer is the lead technical resource for our Lenexa, KS location. This person owns IT at the site from end to end: the local network, servers, desktops, printers, and the software used in production and in the office. Beyond the site, they help look after the company-wide network and cloud environment, and triage incoming IT support requests, resolving them directly or routing them to the right team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable at a user's desk as in a server room or working a support queue.
