Relocation assistance is not provided; applicants able to relocate at their own expense are welcome. $29-$34 hourly Install residential HVAC systems with limited supervision on our team. This role is a strong fit for an installer who can complete routine work accurately, solve common field issues, and support developing crew members. You’ll work on ducted and ductless heat pumps, furnaces, water heaters, ventilation, and related home-performance upgrades. Complete routine installations with limited supervision and follow plans and manufacturer instructions. Install equipment, refrigeration piping, drainage, duct connections, controls, and finish components within scope. Recognize and correct common quality, fit, and startup issues; escalate more complex concerns. Document work with accurate photos, checklists, model information, and job notes. Requirements
EPA Section 608 certification or willingness to gain. 2+ years of residential HVAC installation or comparable Level 1 experience. Working knowledge of heat pumps, furnaces, ductless systems, refrigeration piping, drainage, and low-voltage wiring. Ability to work independently on routine tasks and communicate clearly with the crew and customer. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and changing weather. Valid driver’s license; sheet-metal, plumbing, airflow, or Spanish skills are a plus.
