Summary: The Janitor/Utility performs assigned/scheduled janitorial and cleaning work in offices, rest rooms, lunch room, manufacturing and other service areas. The company (Greenleaf Corporation) provides on the job training. Duties & Responsibiliities: 1. Collect and remove trash. 2. Sweep, scrub and wax flooring. 3. Vacuum rugs. Shampoo rugs as necessary. 4. Clean furniture. 5. Wash windows and glass partitions. 6. Dusting of pictures, wall decorations, etc. 7. Clean and sanitize lavatories and wash basins, clean mirrors and fill dispensers. 8. Ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available and requisition as needed. 9. Inform Maintenance Supervisor of any repairs that need to be made. 10. Comply with all quality, safety, work rules and regulations. Hours: 40 - M-F; Night shift Openings: 1 Requirements: 1.
