PART-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Position Overview Greenkey Storage is seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep, maintenance, and general repairs of our self-storage facility. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to work independently while taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional property. Responsibilities - Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and general property upkeep. - Assist with groundskeeping, landscaping, and facility cleanup. - Complete minor carpentry and mechanical repairs as needed. - Identify maintenance issues and help resolve them in a timely manner. - Maintain clean, organized, and safe property grounds. - Assist with special projects and other maintenance duties as assigned. - Work independently and use good judgment when troubleshooting problems. Qualifications and Requirements - Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. - Must be able to lift and carry at least 45 pounds. - Must be able to work outdoors and withstand varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and other elements. - Basic maintenance, mechanical, or carpentry experience preferred. - Must have reliable transportation. - Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. - Must have a strong work ethic and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
