Gray Ops CNC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. This position involves operating CNC machining centers, performing machine setups, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality standards in a precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Operate and set up CNC machining centers. Load and unload parts, monitor production, and make necessary adjustments. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment. Perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot machining issues. Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances. Maintain equipment, work areas, and production efficiency. Assist with other shop operations as needed. Qualifications: CNC machining experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. Familiarity with CNC setups, tooling, and measuring equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and solve problems. Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills.
