MACHINE OPERATOR - 1ST SHIFT: \$22-\$30/hour Aerotek is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a full-time, permanent 1st shift opening at a manufacturing facility in Gardner, MA. This hands-on role focuses on machining graphite insulation board and other production tasks for high-temperature and aerospace applications. About the Role: Primary responsibilities include machining graphite insulation board to customer drawings/specifications, assembling insulation material, operating a die cutter to stamp foil gaskets, fabricating wooden crates for LTL shipping, applying graphite sealant coats, inspecting completed work, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Work involves use of hand and power tools, occasional heavy lifting, and safe handling of solvents/chemicals per company procedures.
