General Summary:
Under the general direction of the City Manager, plans, develops, and directs a complete program of police services to protect the lives and property of the public and to preserve peace in the City. Establishes and administers departmental policies, procedures, and regulations pertaining to police activities, department personnel, and overall department administration.
