Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Valid Iow teaching certification for middle school math
- Previous teaching experience preferred but not required
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback

Sign on bonus of $5,000
Primary Responsibilities:
*Teach core math content to grades 6-8
*Teach up to two high school math courses
? (Algebra I and Advanced Math or Occupationally Applied Math)
*Provide small-group and individualized math interventions using data-driven strategies
*Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on ongoing assessment *Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to meet student needs
*Participate in PLCs and MTSS team meetings
