A Chicago-area general contractor is hiring a local Superintendent for light industrial projects. This is a local role with no travel.
Pay range: $105,000 - $140,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Run ground-up light industrial, warehouse and distribution projects in the Chicago area
- Manage site work, concrete, steel and building envelope sequencing
- Lead safety, quality and schedule in the field
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and owner walkthroughs
What You Bring
- 5+ years as a superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Light industrial or warehouse construction experience
- Strong scheduling and leadership skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
