In this role you will lead the project team on Class A Office TI projects and own the successful outcome of each one. That means keeping the customer front and center, communicating openly, setting clear direction and holding the team to high expectations. The job calls for passion, dedication and a strong sense of accountability, plus the ability to work with the executive team to optimize growth and support the Company's strategic objectives.
What you bring:

- Strong financial management skills and the ability to independently manage every aspect of a project from start to finish
- Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field is preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Oversee Subcontractor and Vendor procurement, including buyout, scope of work review, contract writing, and insurance and bonding reviews
- Manage the team that processes Submittals, RFIs, Change Order Proposals, Owner Billings, Time Sheet Management, Subcontractor/Vendor Billings and Monthly Reports
- Ensure Owner Billings are prepared on time by verifying work-in-place quantities and billings from Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Verify accurate monthly cost projections that forecast total estimated costs at completion
- Oversee the creation and monitoring of Project Schedules and progress updates
- Guide research and recommendations for drawing interpretation problems, conflicts and errors
- Build long-term relationships with your Team's existing Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors to identify and win future projects
- Mentor less experienced Project Management staff on the daily duties of managing a construction project
What is offered:
- Industry-leading compensation and a complete benefits package
- Lucrative bonus plan
- Positive company culture and work/life balance
