A respected general contractor in Dallas is hiring a Project Manager to lead hospital, medical office and outpatient projects from preconstruction through closeout.
What You'll Do
- Manage healthcare projects including new builds, additions and occupied-facility renovations
- Own budgets, schedules, buyout, change orders and monthly owner reporting
- Coordinate infection control (ICRA), life safety and phasing in active facilities
- Lead subcontractors, design teams and owner representatives
- Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Healthcare construction experience, including work in occupied facilities
- Strong command of scheduling, cost control and contracts
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
