A top local General Contractor wants to bring on a Lead Superintendent to lead diverse Class A Office Tenant Improvements. Projects range from $100K up to $20M.
What you need:
- Over 2 years leading Class A Office TI projects as an acting Superintendent
- Ability to follow drawings and approved plans
- Leading the daily meeting with the entire crew
- Hiring, training and managing those underneath you
