GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established, mid-size Southeast commercial general contractor serving healthcare, hospitality, municipal and education clients. The company is adding a Project Engineer - Commercial Construction to its team in Baltimore, MD. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: General contractor project engineering experience. This role is approximately 90% office-based.
Responsibilities
- Deliver healthcare, hospitality, education and municipal projects
- Manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation
- Support field and office teams with coordination and quality control
- Develop skills on a clear path toward project management
Requirements
- General contractor project engineering experience. This role is approximately 90% office-based.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
