Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery and motion practice
- Take and defend depositions and prepare cases for mediation and trial
- Draft clear case evaluations and reports for clients
- Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy
Requirements
- 3rd- to 6th-year associate (from bar admission)
- Products liability and/or general liability defense experience
- Active bar license in good standing: California
- Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
What's Offered
- Hybrid (2 days in office)
- 1,900 annual billable hours, including 50 pro bono hours
- Salary $150K–$195K+
