GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Northeast Ohio general contractor with strong interiors capabilities. The company is adding a Mid-Level Estimator - Interiors / Carpentry (2 openings) to its team in Cleveland, OH. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Estimating background in interiors or carpentry scopes.
Responsibilities
- Estimate interior scopes for commercial projects
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
- Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support value engineering and handoff to operations
Requirements
- Estimating background in interiors or carpentry scopes.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
