An established civil engineering and land development firm is hiring a Land Development Project Manager / PE in Durham.
What you'll do:
- Lead residential and commercial land development projects from due diligence through construction
- Oversee stormwater management, grading and utility design and review
- Manage budgets, schedules, clients and a team of engineers and designers
What you bring:
- 7+ years of land development experience with strong stormwater design
- PE license preferred; experienced EITs with land development background also considered
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
What's offered:
- $110K-$155K base salary, depending on experience
