Insurance Coverage Attorney Opportunity in Hollywood: Insurance Coverage Litigation from Home
Our client, a respected South Florida insurance coverage firm, is looking for an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Hollywood. The firm represents insurers in coverage disputes, declaratory judgment actions, and bad faith matters across Florida.
This is a remote role. You will work from your home office, stay connected with the team virtually, and travel to Hollywood or other venues only when hearings, meetings, or trial require it.
What You'll Do
- Analyze policies and prepare coverage opinions
- Litigate declaratory judgment and bad faith actions
- Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Advise carrier clients on claims and litigation strategy
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
- 3+ years of insurance coverage or insurance litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
- Self-motivated and organized when working from a home office
