A well-regarded regional Virginia law firm is looking for an ERISA attorney to join its employee benefits practice in Henrico. You'll handle sophisticated benefits and executive compensation work for a wide range of clients, with a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on the design, implementation, administration and compliance of:
- Tax-qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), profit-sharing, defined benefit, 403(b), 457(b) and Employee Stock Ownership plans
- Health and other welfare benefit plans
- Internal Revenue Code Section 125 cafeteria plans
- Executive compensation arrangements
- Equity and equity-based compensation plans and agreements
What you bring
- At least 5 years of ERISA and employee benefits experience
- Active Virginia bar admission required
- Strong drafting, analytical and client communication skills
