Civil Litigation Attorney: Broad Civil Practice in San Diego

Our client, an established San Diego litigation firm, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its San Diego office. The team handles business, contract, employment-related, and tort matters in state and federal courts across Southern California.

This is an in-office role in San Diego, where you will work side by side with an experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Manage civil cases from pleadings through trial
• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear at hearings and mediations
• Support partners on trial preparation

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing, and client communication skills
• Commitment to working in office in San Diego
