We’re currently partnering with a well-established, employee-owned company in Southeast North Dakota that is looking to add an experienced technician to their team. This is an opportunity to step into a key role where your skills are valued - and where you can also help mentor and support other technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working on engines, transmissions, diagnostics, and alignments
- Troubleshooting and repairing a variety of diesel equipment
- Assisting in training and mentoring less experienced team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years of diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skillset
- Ability to clearly communicate problems and solutions
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
What’s Offered:
- $25–$50/hour, depending on experience
