A well-established concrete contractor in North Texas is looking for a Concrete Superintendent to run field operations on commercial and industrial projects across DFW. What You'll Do
- Lead daily field operations on commercial and industrial concrete projects
- Plan and coordinate crews, equipment, materials and pours to keep work on schedule
- Oversee foundations, slabs on grade, tilt-wall, elevated decks and site concrete
- Enforce safety standards and run daily safety talks and site inspections
- Coordinate with project managers, the general contractor and inspectors
- Track quality, testing and daily reports, and resolve field issues quickly
What You Bring
- 7+ years of commercial concrete experience, with at least 3 years as a superintendent or foreman
- Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcing, placement and finishing
- Ability to read plans and specs and manage multiple crews
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Clear communication and a steady, hands-on leadership style
