A community bank in Pinedale is confidentially seeking a Commercial Lender to grow business relationships across Sublette County and western Wyoming. You'll bring in new clients, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and manage a commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business clients through calling and community networking
- Learn owner goals and recommend fitting credit and deposit products
- Review business financials and assess creditworthiness
- Prepare credit presentations and coordinate loan closings
- Open business accounts and offer treasury management tools
- Meet growth targets while maintaining sound credit quality
Qualifications:
- College degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
- Proven success in commercial lending or relationship banking
- Confident speaker and presenter with business owners
- Experience preparing proposals and underwriting loans
- Organized and able to keep a busy pipeline moving
