• Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other forums

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents

• Provide practical, solutions-focused legal advice to clients

• Negotiate settlements and help resolve disputes efficiently and effectively

• Develop strategies to minimize client risk and exposure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience (toxic torts experience a plus, but not required)

• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong negotiation, communication, and legal writing skills

• Background in insurance defense, general liability, or employment defense helpful but not required

• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Benefits

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience

• Comprehensive benefits package

• Mentorship and professional development opportunities, including training in toxic tort litigation

• Supportive, team-oriented work environment

• Bonus opportunities

• Flexible hybrid schedule – 2 days on-site
