Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and lead a customer-focused branch team
- Increase deposits and loans through calling and customer referrals
- Originate and service consumer and small business credit
- Manage daily branch operations, security, and compliance
- Keep service standards high for every customer
- Be the bank's face at Centerville events and service clubs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of community banking experience
- Experience managing people or originating loans
- Solid knowledge of branch operations and banking regulations
