What We're Looking For:
- Compassionate, kind, and patient individuals who enjoy helping others.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable team players with strong communication skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and coworkers.
- Ability to assist with personal cares, meal service, housekeeping tasks, and daily resident activities.
- Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
Preferred, But Not Required:
- CNA certification.
- Previous healthcare, hospitality, or customer service experience.
