We are currently looking for dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers (Level 1) to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed to teach our cleaning systems and standards while building the foundation for long-term success within our housekeeping team. Position Overview: The Level 1 Housekeeper is responsible for completing full vacation rental cleanings while learning our company standards and procedures. This role is part of our training phase, where team members work with support and oversight from our inspection team while developing the speed, consistency, and attention to detail required to maintain high-quality homes. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are dependable, and are interested in becoming strong members of a professional housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities: Pick up cleaning supplies from the office before scheduled cleans. Complete full property cleanings according to company standards. Reset homes to guest-ready condition including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures. Maintain organization and care of company supplies. Communicate with inspectors or management if questions arise during a cleaning. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in learning a new skill. Ideal candidates will have: Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists. Reliability and strong time management skills. Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Training and support will be provided.
