[Sewing Machine Mechanic / Maintenance In charge of the overall maintenance of all industrial sewing machines, cutting knives, strip cutting machines, and other miscellaneous equipment used. Maintenance Essential Functions Repair, maintain, calibrate, and procure replacement parts for industrial sewing machines and related equipment Regulate length of needle and horizontal movement of feeding mechanism under needle Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines and related equipment Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair damaged parts Document machine repairs and parts replacements Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventory stock Maintain safe and clean work environment Maintain professionalism in the workplace Perform any other assigned proprietary duties Competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities): Must be able to understand and comply with verbal instruction Ability to be reliable and dependable Ability to be a team player ]{arial=""}
