Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team at GEM Transitional Care in Pasadena, California. As a CNA at our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. We have a AM shift (7AM-3PM) available at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Transfer patients to and from activities and meals according to their service plans.
- Serve meals to patients in the dining room or their apartments.
- Record and report changes in patients' eating habits to the supervisor.
- Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current CA nursing assistant certification
- Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, in-patient rehabilitation, or in-patient behavioral health setting
