GEAR LLC is looking for local Ironworkers, including those with stick welding experience, for projects in Johnson City, TN. This job includes steel erection, custom fabrication, and structural steel work. Pay is up to $24 based on experience and interview(s).
Essential Responsibilities:
· Read specifications or blueprints to determine locations, quantities, or sizes of material required
· Unloads and positions prefabricated steel units
· Verifies vertical and horizontal alignment of structural steel members
· Rigging
· Assist other craft workers
Requirements
Must have experience with:
· I Beams
· Operating Aerial Lifts
· Pre-Fab metal building erection
· Read and interpret blue prints
· Align and level steel components
· 2+ years of experience
· Must be able to pass a drug screen
· Must have all tools and PPE
