Dental Assistant: Join Our Team - $24 + an hour - Based on Experience

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who is caring, dependable, and ready to make a real difference in our patients’ lives. Experienced assistants and those eager to learn are both welcome to apply. What You’ll Do
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and keep equipment ready for each procedure
- Assist the dentist chairside by anticipating needs and passing instruments
- Take and process digital X-rays
- Help patients feel at ease before, during, and after their visit
- Teach patients about oral hygiene and explain post-treatment care
- Greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist with payment
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support lab tasks and general office duties as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Knowledge of dental terminology and basic oral anatomy
- Familiarity with common procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and implants
- 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
- Empathy, patience, and quick thinking
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
