QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required - Degree within construction, urban planning, engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Environmental, Geography, or relatable degree - Plus
- 2-10 years of project coordination, project operations, project administration, or project management experience - Required
- Experience functioning within the construction, city planning, energy, utilities, engineering, or related field – Required
- Experience with or exposure to permitting - Desired
- Understanding of project process and life cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders and articulate key points to drive discussions and facilitate consensus.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel) - Required
- Salesforce - Desired
- Experience using AutoCAD – Desired
- Experience using GIS Software for maps, data, and other graphic displays – Plus
- Ability to read TCP's (Traffic Control Plans) – Plus
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, interpersonal communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving results beyond expectations.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Must have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
