You will:
- Guide customers through financing options with confidence and clarity
- Present protection products that enhance vehicle ownership
- Structure deals for maximum profitability while staying customer-focused
- Submit deals to lenders, secure approvals, and make sound credit decisions
- Ensure every contract is compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Prepare and deliver all paperwork accurately and professionally
- Audit deals post-sale and look for ways to improve performance
- Ensure contracts are funded quickly and correctly
- Maintain required certifications and stay sharp on industry changes
🧠 What You Bring to the Table This role isn’t entry-level - we’re looking for a pro.
You should have:
- Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance & insurance processes
- Proven ability to structure profitable deals
- High-level negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of title laws and registration processes
- A mindset focused on growth and improvement
- Professional appearance and top-tier communication skills
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- College degree preferred (or equivalent real-world experience)
