JOB REQUIREMENTS: Usinger\'s Full-time Seasonal Customer Service Representative role is an on-site position based at our corporate headquarters located downtown Milwaukee. Our Seasonal CSR\'s will be helping customers place their holiday giftbox orders, collect payment, set shipping dates and respond to customer inquiries. CSR\'s will be using phones, laptops and tablets during this process. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\' problems. Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have strong customer service experience and the ability to make each customer interaction a positive one.
