Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining manufacturing operations by following work instructions, running production machinery and keeping equipment and the surrounding work area clean.
Essential Job Functions:
- Effectively runs production machinery during assigned shift.
- Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being produced properly.
- Ensures that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
- Monitors the production process.
- Inspects products at the machine.
- Follows written work instructions.
- Cleans equipment and work area.
- Adheres to all saftey guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Education, Training and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in warehouse setting.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Maintains a high level of energy and a consistent positive attitude.
- Able to work on foot for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Demands:
Nature of work requires an ability to operate production equipment after fully trained. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. May require extended overtime hours if/when business requires the demand.
