In 2025, that movement grew: ForzaCare was acquired by Ethos Risk Services, a national leader in medical management and claims investigation services, connecting our case management expertise to a seamless path from the initial claim through clinical oversight and resolution.

Our team of nurse case managers work with claims professionals, providers and injured persons in a transparent, honest and intentional manner to keep everyone on the same page as we coordinate care and help injured employees return to work.
In Italian, 'Forza' means strength or force. Within our company name, forza represents the strength of our team providing encouragement to the people we work with every day. We couple that with 'Care' as we compassionately work to restore the lives of individuals who have been injured.
